He has the comprehensive knowledge and unique understanding of local markets, cultures and languages. His impressive portfolio includes several fully integrated mixed-use projects established in Cyprus, Egypt, Belarus, Bulgaria and the Middle East.

N.E.R.A Capital Partners LTD was established in 2006 by Evros Roumbas, as a real estate development company. His scope of expertise includes the hotel and mixed use resort development, strategy, re-structuring/re-positioning, marketing & business development.
He has worked in large scale mix use project in Cyprus, Egypt, Belarus and Bulgaria working along with an international team of associates in such areas as: research, design, engineering, real estate and marketing ensuring an integrated and cost effective building Design and construction Process.
Co-Founder and Director of Horus Tourism Fund, a multi-million dollar MENA fund of EFG Hermes, one of the largest private equity firms in Egypt and the Middle East, in partnership with CADS International.
