Atum Cove

Atum Cove was a large scale project consisting of 1200 residential properties and three hotels in Marsa Alam in Egypt. Horus Tourism Fund of EFG Hermes, one of the largest private equity firms in Egypt and the Middle East, in partnership with CADS International.

Our involvement has started at early stage of this interesting project with an in-depth market research by international companies to identify the needs of the area and a preliminary master planning phase to achieve maximum returns.

International companies like WATG and EDAW have been appointed to develop a comprehensive master plan, introducing unique activities, design and landscape excellence and branding concepts, providing input on Architectural Design and Market Positioning
Coordinating, programming and monitoring of all activities associated with design, procurement construction, testing, commissioning and initial operations in collaboration with companies such as Davies Langdon, Sogreah, Buro Happold and RPW.

Appointment of international sales distribution channels and representation signed with major companies, such as Sotheby’s Qatari Diar, Engel and Voelkers, Premier, Cluttons and several other significant and geographically positioned organizations.
Coordination of effective sales and management, pricing and phasing strategies.
